CPhI worldwide / ICSE 2017 in Frankfurt: a great success for BioChem
From 24-26 October 2017, CPhI worldwide took place in Frankfurt, Germany. BioChem Labor für biologische und chemische Analytik GmbH was represented this year again with a stand at this important industry meeting.
Dr. Jürgen Branke, technical managing director of BioChem reports on the positive results: high visitor frequency, a large number of good conversations, many new contacts and concrete inquiries for projects are the result of the days at the trade fair.
Once again, says Jürgen Branke, it has been confirmed that the fair is the perfect opportunity for BioChem’s customers and interested parties to talk with BioChem’s experts about successfully completed, current and future projects.
In addition, the interest of potential new customers, also from abroad, who asked for information about BioChem’s extensive portfolio in the fields of microbiology, analytics and molecular biology / bioanalytics was huge. Now it is important to integrate these new contacts into the core of existing customers, which have the highest priority at BioChem, says Jürgen Branke.
A special focus at this year’s stand was dedicated to the “Identification of Microorganisms”. In addition to morphological, biochemical and molecular biological analyses, BioChem will also offer the mass spectrometric identification of microorganisms by MALDI TOF from Q1/2018 on. The brochure (please download here) has been of great interest at the CPhI and specific requests could already be discussed on site.
All in all, it has been shown once again that, even in times of digitization, there is no substitute for personal meetings with customers and interested parties. The BioChem exhibition team looks back on the turbulent days at the CPhI in Frankfurt and thanks all visitors to their stand for the trustful and open discussions.
